The Automatic Control System is an Essential Part of Burner Operation 
From the same manufacturer you will get a reliable and factory tested burner automation. Oilon control panels includes flame control and safety systems. Additionally, customer tailored special control panels are also included in the delivery programme.

Oilon Plus Filter and De-aerator Unit
Oilon Plus de-aerator makes it possible to use environmentally safe one-pipe system between the oil tank and the burner. Oilon Plus saves the burner and decreases the need for cleaning and maintenance.
Oilon Plus de-aerator reduces burner faults caused by air bubbles and dirt particles coming from the tank or pipeline. One-pipe system is highly recommended between tank and the burner.

Modern Monitoring for Heat Production 
Oilon Alarm is already-to-install monitoring device for heat production. On duty 24 hours a day, it sends an SMS-message in emergency situations or when a need for maintenance or unscheduled repairs arises. Also, Oilon alarm monitors the efficiency of the boiler, if a flue gas temperature sensor is connected to the alarm system. In this way, it is easy to ensure that burning is effective and as clean as possible. Oilon alarm is easy to install, and connections between different systems are logical and reliable.

Filters, Pumps and Preheaters Inside Isolated Unit
Oilon Hot Box pumping unit has dual-lines for both filtering and pumping. By using this construction, a trouble-free heavy oil circulation is secured. Oil is heated up to the correct temperature by means of hot water or steam or partly electricity. Hot Box standard units are manufactured with a heating capacity of 500 – 2000 kg/h. Oilon also produces units with larger capacity or specially equipped units according to customer requirements.
