Wachendorff Absolute shaft and hollow shaft encoder, WDGA

As you already got the information from an earlier newsletter Wachendorff has developed the magnetic absolute encoder with CANopen interface.

The use of these Single- and Multiturn absolute encoders is multi-purpose.

Among other things, they are to be found in the mobile machines, the machine building, in the elevator market and also in the wind energy. One advantage of these encoders is that they are small and compact, the flange diameter is depending on the type 58 mm - WDGA58B - or 36 mm - WDGA36A and WDGA36E -.

By the patented technology EnDra® they have the following new, outstanding features:
Wear-free - no gearing
Environmentally friendly - no battery
High energy efficiency - low power consumption

Our absolute encoders have an enormous capability and are absolutely self-sufficient. They are suitable for applications where a high mechanical robustness and accuracy of measurement matters.

Despite the very small configuration (diameter 24 mm) of WDG24C meets the extremely high Wachendorff-quality requirements in terms of reliability and load. The WDG24C is designed for high mechanical loads of 80 N radial and 50 N axial and at temperatures between -40 ° C and +80 ° C fully operational. Optionally equipped with the high protection class IP67 is the use in wet and dusty environments without problems. As a matter of course for Wachendorff Automation: 5 years warranty - security for the series!
