Steril Air ES2000 product range
sterilAir ES2036 duo- and duo flex-type air-duct modules can easily be retrofitted and incorporated in already-existing air ducts. The recently developed UVGI software is used here for optimal layout of the UVC airflow system.
Steril Air ES2000 flex installation kit
sterilAir ES2000 flex installation series UVC disinfection units broadly correspond to the ES2000 series units.
In contrast to that of the sterilAir ES2000 device, however, the angle position of the tube holder in the ES2000 flex version is variable, allowing optimal adaptation of the unit to the given dimensions of a pre-existing air duct. It is therefore unnecessary to consider a tube-dependent minimum headroom
Steril Air EF2000 installation kit
With this module sterilAir offers a flexible, multifunctional system for installation in liquid tanks and air conditioning systems or chambers.
The big advantage is that the lamp body can be simply inserted in the disinfection area from outside of the system. In contrast to other systems (e.g. ES2000) it is not necessary to use service doors or to dismount components to reach the installation point.
Steril Air LSK2030
The LSK series of air-recirculation units enables the disinfection of room air in areas where direct or indirect UV emission must be avoided under all circumstances. Whether patient rooms, waiting rooms, laboratory workstations, isolation wards or offices: The system safely and reliably disinfects all forms of vegetative and/or generative micro-organisms
Steril Air UVR2250-2
The UVR model range is divided into two systems:
UVR2250-2 for air flow rates up to 220 m³/h
UVR2250-4 for air flow rates up to 450 m³/h
The devices are advantageous due to a very high UVC doses and are therefore adapted for the deactivation of particularly resistant germs and spores. They are consisting of a of stainless steel tube and are primarily for applications in production and maturing rooms, as well as storehouses and cooling chambers. The smaller UVR2250-2 system has a total weight of 16 kg and is with a noise level of 42 dB(A) particularly silent. The device, which is also suitable for humid rooms, can be disassembled in its components for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Steril Air UVR2250-4
The UVR model range is divided into two systems:
UVR2250-2 for air flow rates up to 220 m³/h
UVR2250-4 for air flow rates up to 450 m³/h
The disinfection device UVR2250-4 is the more powerful version of the UVR2250-2. This higher quality model is equipped with four UVC tubes and has a power input of 250 W/1190 mA. It is predestined for highly contaminated and large volume halls due to an air flow rate of 450 m3/h and a very high UVC dose. The device, which is also suitable for humid rooms, can easily and quickly be disassembled in its components for cleaning and maintenance purposes
Steril Air D2000 ceiling emitters
D2000-type ceiling emitters are ready-for-connection units available in two sizes: The standard D2036 version measures 905mm in length, whilst the compact D2018 version measures just 430mm. Both models have an instrument height of 100mm, and with a width of just 35mm are exceptionally slim. The units may be equipped with different tubes. They bear the CE mark, and are compliant with VDE and ENEC standards.
The units may optionally be equipped with an inversely switched movement alarm, which automatically switches off the unit in the event of spatial movement.
Steril Air DB2000
The DB 2000 series is developed as ceiling ermitters.
The extended stainless steel radiation protection cover reliably prevents direct emission aimed downwards. Persons entering the storeroom are thus protected from intensive radiation, and the direct irradiation of products does not occur, in keeping with the Food Irradiation Ordinance.
Steril Air WR2000 wall emitter
Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials, this disinfection system consists of a device with fixture, a reflector and a protective grille positioned in front of it. The protective grille is provided with a UV-absorbing coating through which a highly concentrated horizontal UVC-ray ceiling is generated above the heads of those present.
The lowest energy costs coupled with high efficiency and long tube-change intervals are the outstanding features of this type of unit.
Steril Air WB2000 wall emitter
The WB 2000 series is developed for less frequented rooms and is equipped with an optimized reflector element to release highest amount of UVC radiation into the over head area.
The system has a protection degree of IP54 and therefore can be used under humid room conditions. Several dimensions and different types of UVC-tubes allow the perfect choice due to given room sizes and temperature range.
Steril Air SWR2036 Airlock- /wall emitter
The SWR2036 is a combined airlock-/wall emitter for continuous indoor-air disinfection. The system is mounted above the door, and generates highly concentrated UVC radiation both on the horizontal and on the vertical. The concentration of rays is achieved via a built-in reflector with a protective grille in front of it.
This dual function makes the device clearly superior to any UV-based portable device working with a closed chamber according to the air-circulation process!
Steril Air T2000 UVC Surface Disinfection
With the sterilAir T2000 Series surface disinfection modules, the UVC radiation is concentrated with the aid of a special reflector, and focused onto the surface to be disinfected.
The T2000 series is available in different sizes. The standard unit is a total 911 mm in length, whilst the effective radiation range is around 765 x 75mm. The high-frequency electronics built into the unit guarantee a safety cut-out in the event of malfunctioning, and UV output remains steady even during mains-power fluctuations.
Steril Air T2002-IP UVC Surface Disinfection
This unit, completely manufactured from stainless steel or rustproof materials, is available in different designs/ upgrade levels.
At the top upgrade level, the system is supplied with a water-repellent, fully encompassing IP64 housing. According to choice, the housing aperture is equipped with a window with a quartz pane, or with a special sheeting that is particularly tear-resistant and UV-permeable. At this upgrade level, the disinfection device is also fully usable under adverse conditions (high dust load, dripping water, etc.).
Steril Air T2004 UVC Surface Disinfection
The T2004 Surface Disinfection System is a unit of modular design which can be optimally adapted to any operating situation encountered. Starting with an appliance body only 35 mm wide per module, as many units as wished may be combined. Each of these modules is both a carrier and an independent supplier of an individual disinfection tube.
At around 41°C, the heat emission of the radiation sources used is gratifyingly low, so that even heat-sensitive surfaces can be disinfected reliably and safely.
Steril Air T2005 UVC Surface Disinfection
