The FEM1.02 and FEM1.09 pumps are based on a very simple design. The 2-phase stepper motor turns an eccenter that operates the diaphragm. This pump is a perfect replacement for troublesome peristaltic pumps, as it uses no tubing in operation. The pump features excellent repeatability and provides constant results over a long period of time. It is available in PP/EPDM/PTFE, and PVDF/FFPM/PTFE wetted materials to handle a range of corrosive media. An available Hall sensor is used to monitor diaphragm position for precise motor control.
